No one wants to think about losing their home but sometimes it happens you may have HARD time!

If you are in a situation where a foreclosure will be a possibility, you have to try to keep your home or in the worst scenario you have to get out with as less as possible damages to your credit and personal reputation.

It is a great idea to contact the mortgage lender and see if you can work out a payment plan that will allow you to keep your home. Do not be afraid of talking with them or hide from everyone!

Communicate, Communicate, Communicate, communication is a trigger point at such a time.

Do not make efforts to pay your credit cards first, your home is more important so do the right thing. Have a priority what and when your paying your bills.

And it is always good to contact credit counselor!

Be honest with yourself and with others too!
